The beggining of 'bettina'.... |
As Many of you know, Bettina started her professional career with her sister, Doretta, when they purchased their first retail business in San Rafael in 1989. 'Bettina's Intimate Apparel' was born and it featured some of the finest and most beautiful lingerie imaginable...but the two sisters got the bug and after just three years closed down 'Bettina's Intimate Apparel' only to open 'bettina', a better contemporary women's clothing store, in nearby Mill Valley. This is where Doretta's creative juices really flowed and the two had a ball discovering wonderful new clothing and accessories lines. |
After a marriage and the stress of being in retail, Bettina decided to desolve the business partnership with Doretta. She went off to investigate new interests, while Doretta packed up the store and headed over the bridge to San Francisco where her fashion-forward sense would be more appreciated. Outter Pacific Heights is where she landed for over 16 years, catering to the more conservative yet very fashionable ladies. Now, as of June 2010, we are very excited to announce that Doretta has moved the store to North Beach and has a prime spot right on the corner of Grant and Green! In this location, Doretta can let her creative juices flow once again and features fun and funky...yet very stylish...clothing and accessories.
